Who are the sessions for, and what are the benefits?
The sessions are inclusive and a safe space for EVERYONE. Whether you have a physical impairment, learning disability, are neurodivergent or are just looking for a welcoming and adaptive community to climb with, we want to develop this community and to introduce you to the world of Paraclimbing.
The sessions will help develop social as well as independent climbing.
GB Paraclimber and qualified instructor James Rudge will be on hand to offer any support or experience he can.
The building has disabled parking spaces and has two floors. The first floor is fully accessible and the second floor has stairs.
We have agreed a discounted price with the climbing wall to help break any financial barriers to Paraclimbers alike.
Accessibility has been considered, and arrangements can be made such as turning music down for someone with a sensory difference.
